He is a Member of the Office of the First Minister and Deputy First Minister for Northern Ireland (Chairman of the Audit Committee).

Our experienced consultancy team is led by the founder of Microchannel Technology, Barry Lloyd. Acknowledged by the SEM industry as one of the original SEO consultants, starting in this discipline in 1997, Barry is a long standing contributor to many of the leading SEM forums including being a moderator on WebmasterWorld for both the web analytics and general SEO forums. He has published a number of articles on SEM, is regularly consulted by industry researchers and has been quoted in numerous publications and media outlets, including the BBC. Barry has maintained good relationships with all the search engines as a result of entering into API agreements for his recently sold bid management software, at a senior level – including Baidu in China, who he visits on a regular basis to ensure that clients are able to create a strategy that will work not only locally, but on a Worldwide basis.

Costs:
 Our consultancy works out at around US$1,500 per day (plus authorised expenses). The average consultancy period to train people, define and commence implementation of a comprehensive SEM strategy is between 3-5 working days.

On completion of the on-site consultancy a further 24 hours of phone or written consultancy within the 1st year is provided free of charge to provide additional advice and analysis of what may need to be done to improve the strategy and implementation.
