Although a client may select their own firm of accountants and lawyers – or prefer to do this themselves, Broadway can provide the full level of ancillary services required to maintain all legal documentation and accounting reporting needed to keep the corporation in good standing with the appropriate authorities. These include:

1. Monthly reporting to tax offices on revenue and sales tax/VAT accounting,

2. Q1 audit in 2nd year and auditing report from a Government Certified official auditing company to ensure compliance with issued licenses,

3. Q2 audit in 2nd year and subsequent years to ensure annual renewal of licenses,

4. Maintenance of Daily Accounting Record for monthly reporting,

5. Provision of government statistics when required,

6. Annual license renewal,

7. Maintenance of Registered Office/Virtual Office for 1 year,

Cost = $30K per Annum ($2.5K per month)
