These reports track and give analysis on user activity.
A number of reports are available, some of which are detailed below.
What is Covered by User Activity Reporting
- Users Activity Report - This report tracks basic user activity information such as the date/time, number of page impressions (hits), number of hosts, number of visits over a period of time and number of visitors as well the visitor engagement index (the average number of sessions per visitor). The index shows the occurrence of multiple sessions by visitors in percentage terms.*

Long Visits Report - This report tracks the number of visits lasting more than 20 minutes. It shows date/time, long visits as a percentage of total visits, number of pages visited during long visits, committed visitor index (the ratio of the number of pages viewed by visitors during long visits to the total number of visits that lasted for more than 20 minutes).*

Registrations Report - This report details the number of registrations that occur. As well as displaying date/time data, the take rate (ratio of registered users to all visits in percentage terms) and take rate per visitor (ratio of the number of registrations to all visitors in percentage terms) is shown.*
- Repeat Visitors Report - This report shows the number of returning visitors as well as the date/time of their visit. Also shown is the ratio of repeat visitors to the total number of visitors in percentage terms.*

Short Visits Report - This reports details the number of visits lasting less than 1 minute. As well as showing the date/time, also detailed is the casual visitor percentage (the number of short visits as opposed to the total number of visits), short visit page views (the number of pages viewed during short visits), the casual visitor index (the ratio of the number of pages viewed during the short visits to the number of short visits in percentage terms), the short visit hit count (the number of page impressions during short visits) and the casual visitor volume (the ratio of pages viewed in short visits to the total number of pages viewed in percentage terms).

Volume Visits Report - This report will detail the heavy user count, the number of visits where more than 10 pages are viewed. As well as showing the date/time, the ratio of the number of heavy visits against the total visits (known as heavy user %) is also shown.*
