Barry Lloyd- CEO

Barry is one of the pioneers of SEM in the UK having being involved in commercial SEM since 1997.

The founder of MakeMeTop, Barry Lloyd, is known to webmasters and internet marketers throughout the World under the MakeMeTop name through his postings on internet and search engine forums, articles that have been published and through regular invitations for him to speak at conferences such as Search Engine Strategies, WebmasterWorld Conferences and other Internet Marketing Conferences. Barry is the Senior Guide (JimGuide) on Jim World's Search Engine Forums for the Yahoo/Inktomi forum, a Moderator for the Paid Inclusion forum for Jill Whalen's High Rankings Forum and a supporter and senior member of WebmasterWorld.

Barry is also a founder member of the World Association of Internet Marketing (WAIM) and an Executive Board Member of SEOPros.org. He is one of the founders of the Search Marketing Association - UK and on the current Board of this trade association for search engine marketers in the UK. He writes regularly for Search Engine Guide, Search Engine Blog and High Rankings News.

Penny Lloyd - Director of Operations.

Based in the Nottingham Office, Penny has 20 years experience in sales, marketing and PR. She also has a sound operational and systems-based background and has been instrumental in the flotation of several plc corporations onto the UK stock market. Penny became involved in using the power of the internet in SEM and is now involved with the development team in identifying and addressing the needs of Agencies for concise and simple to use SEM tools.

Hilary Gunner- Financial Controller

Located in Northern Ireland, Hilary has considerable experience of all aspects of Administration and Finance within the IT industry, in both the US and UK and also has a wealth of knowledge of the legal and financial systems of marketing companies having worked in the City of London and for two leading legal firms in London and the South East.
